-Delivery time is approximately 2 months if you are in the USA. We recommend ordering your dress 6 months before your wedding to ensure you have adequate time for alterations after your dress arrives. We do have rush options available if you are on a tighter timeline. Please email us with the dress you are interested in and your wedding date to inquire.
- Appointments are available to try on our dresses at our store front, Birdie Bridal. We open appointments up every month on the 15th at 3pm for the following month. For example, May appointments will open up on April 15th at 3pm CST. We book up within minutes, so be sure to set your alarm and click the Book Now button in our menu to get an appointment.
- Just like any formalwear, alterations are typically necessary. Be sure to go to a seamstress in your area that specializes in bridal and formalwear.

- We do offer IN STORE CREDIT for exchanges. There is a $50 exchange charge to cover shipping both ways. Please note that if you would like to exchange your dress for a different dress or size that a new dress will have to be made for you and will take up to 9 weeks for a replacement dress to be delivered to you. To avoid any sizing exchanges be sure to take your measurements before ordering. We do not offer refunds, in store credit only.
