FAQ / Returns / Exchanges
- Appointments: Shop in person at our store, Birdie Bridal in Azle, Texas. We open appointments every month on the 15th at 3pm. For example, to get an appointment in July, set your alarm for June 15th at 3pm CST and click the "book now" tab in the menu of our website. We normally book up within minutes so setting an alarm is necessary. If you do not get an appointment, join the waitlist and we will notify you if we have any cancelations. Please note if you join the waitlist it does not guarantee an appointment. Appointments are first come first served and we only utilize the waitlist for cancelations normally the week-of.
-Sparrow Bridal Standard Delivery time is anywhere from 1 week to 3 months. Rush options are available, but times vary from dress to dress. Specific delivery times can be found in the description of each dress. Please email us at info@birdiehelp.com to check a specific RUSH delivery timeline.
-Just like any formalwear, alterations are typically necessary. Be sure to go to a seamstress in your area that specializes in bridal and formalwear.

-We accept one exchange per bride for free. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your dress for a return label, and drop off your dress at the post office the next business day. For example, if you receive your dress on Friday, you must contact us for a shipping label within 24 hours and ship it back to us by Monday. Please keep in mind that we do not keep all styles and sizes in stock, so we will have to have a dress made for you to exchange it for. Please plan your wedding timeline accordingly as each dress can take up to 3 months to be made, although most of the time it is much quicker!
-Returns: as of 3/5/2024 we are accepting returns. There is a 30% restocking fee once we receive the dress back in perfect condition. Smoke, smells, pet hair etc will result in the dress being returned back to you for no refund. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your dress for a return label, and drop off your dress at the post office the next business days. For example, if you receive your dress on Friday, you must contact us for a return label within 24 hours and ship it back to us by Monday.
-Cancelations: We do not take cancelations once the order is placed. If you'd like you return your dress after it is done being made, you'll have to go through the return process.
